Chicago To Ban Car Cell Phone Usage
Chicago becomes the nation's largest city to prohibit motorists from using cell phones without a hands-free device as of 08-Jul-2005. Anyone using a hand-held cell phone will face a $50 fine which will escalate to $200 if the violation happens at the time of a traffic accident.
