Knapp 70.000,- $ für etwa 1 Hektar bei einem landwirtschftlichen Gut kann man nicht gerade als "Schnäppchen" bezeichnen. Zumal die Hütten, die ich auf der Seite gesehen habe, eher ein Fall für einen Bulldozer wären.
