Titel: Mitnehmen von Kaffee in die Staaten?

Hi,

kann es zu Problemen kommen, wenn ich für unseren nächsten US-Aufenthalt ein Paket Deutschen Jakobskaffee (gemahlen) mitnehme?
Wird sich seitens meiner Verwandten gewünscht - weiß aber nicht, ob Kaffee-Einfuhr erlaubt ist.

Hmm, ich glaube nicht daß das ein Problem ist. Meine Eltern hatten auch immer Espresso Kaffee mitgenommen, als Sie in FL ein Haus gemietet hatten..

Ehrlich gesagt haben wir uns darüber bisher noch nie Gedanken gemacht  :oops:
Wir nehmen halt einfach immer unseren eigenen Kaffee mit. Bisher null Probleme.

Diese Regelung betrifft nur frische Lebensmittel. Kaffee (und Schokolade  :oops: ) nehmen wir immer mit und wurde nie beanstandet.

Auf unsere letzte Reise nahmen wir Instnat-Kaffee mit, da wir uns während der Reise u.a. in der Pampas draussen vermutet haben. Entgegen allen Befürchtungen gab es keinerlei Probleme bei der Einreise.
