Philadelphia Intl Airport (PHL). Foreign visitors departing from PHL are now required to provide their two index fingerscans and pause for a digital photo before boarding their flight. The exit pilot program is already operating at Atlanta Hartsfield (ATL), Baltimore Washington (BWI), Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Dallas Ft Worth (DFW), Denver Intl (DEN), Detroit Metro (DTW), NY Newark (EWR), San Francisco Intl (SFO), San Juan Munoz Intl (SJU), and the Miami International Cruise Line Terminal.
