Fly in from home cities to the Toronto International Airport. A complimentary airport transfer voucher is included in your final tour documents. Enjoy a full service hotel, as the rest of the day is free to do as you wish. Meet and join your Tour Director and fellow passengers this evening in the hotel lobby for a "Welcome Get Acquainted" Dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2 NIAGARA FALLS, ON
A warm welcome to you all onboard our luxury motorcoach. Of course it is air-conditioned and washroom equipped for our comfort and enjoyment. We are treated to a locally guided city tour of Toronto. After lunch, we proceed along the Queen Elizabeth Highway to Niagara Falls, the "Honeymoon Capital of the World." Get ready for a thrilling excursion aboard the "Maid of the Mist."The rest of the day and evening is free to do as you please.
DAY 3 GANANOQUE, ON
We enjoy a brief tour of Niagara Falls this morning. We see "Brock Monument," the "Floral Clock" and "Whirlpool Rapids." A short drive brings us to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Later, our pleasant drive brings us to the City of Kingston for a historical guided tour of "Fort Henry." A further short drive brings us to Gananoque, ON for the night.
DAY 4 MONTREAL, QUE
We continue our drive along Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence Seaway to Montreal. Enjoy a scattered lunch and some free time for browsing in "Old Montreal." We have a locally guided city tour of Montreal which includes the world famous Notre Dame Basilica, Olympic Park, St. Joseph's Oratory, Mount Royal and more! We spend the night in Montreal.
DAY 5 SCENIC NEW ENGLAND STATES
This morning we travel through the eastern townships known as the "Garden of Quebec" before turning south and crossing the U.S. border into Vermont. We stop at Maple Grove Farms just east of St. Johnsbury (subject to seasonal availability). Our further picturesque drive through the forested states of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine brings us to the city of Bangor for the night.
DAY 6 SAINT JOHN NB
Our leisurely drive brings us back into Canada this morning. We visit St. Andrews-by-the-Sea to enjoy the view and visit the quaint little shops. After lunch, we travel to Saint John, New Brunswick, the loyalist city, for a brief city tour, which includes Reversing Falls, Saint John Harbour, and Market Square. We spend the night in Saint John.
DAY 7 HOPEWELL CAPE & ANNE MURRAY MUSEUM

Today we drive along the spectacular Bay of Fundy and stop at the incredible Hopewell Cape where we have the opportunity to walk on the ocean floor at low tide! A further short drive brings us to Springhill, home of the Canadian singing star, Anne Murray. We visit the Anne Murray museum this afternoon. Our further leisurely drive brings us to Halifax, NS, where we spend the next two nights.
DAY 8 HALIFAX, NS
We are treated to a locally guided deluxe tour of the naval city of Halifax this morning, including Citadel National Historic Site, Titanic victims burial site, the story of Pier 21, etc. We have free time at Citadel Hill after the tour. We enjoy a scattered lunch at the Halifax Historic Properties. Later on, our scenic drive brings us to the rustic charm of the famous fishing village of Peggy's Cove. We return to our hotel by 5:00 PM. The early evening is free for your personal enjoyment.
DAY 9 SYDNEY, NS
2 nights
We travel east, across the Strait of Canso into Cape Breton, the island of the hearty and independent Scots, who are the original settlers of this historic island. Enjoy the most dramatic and scenic view of the cliffs and moors as we travel to Baddeck, for a visit to the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site where Mr. Bell conceived and tested some of his spectacular inventions! Then it's into Sydney, NS for a two-night stay.
DAY 10 FORTRESS OF LOUISBOURG
This morning is free to relax and catch up on personal things. After an early lunch, we board the coach at 12:30 PM and travel to the Fortress of Louisbourg to view history as we take a tour of the famous 18th century Fortress! It is beautifully restored with inhabitants dressed in period costume, and it stands today as it was 200 years ago! After having ample time to explore the great coastal Fortress of Louisbourg, we head back to our Sydney hotel at 5:00 PM.
DAY 11 SCENIC CABOT TRAIL
We get started for our adventure on Cabot Trail, named after the famous explorer who first sighted the island in 1497. Watch as we pass the meandering glens, rugged coastlines, white gypsum bluffs and the always-pounding surf. We make some photo stops enroute to make this a very special day, indeed. Enjoy the most relaxing and scenic adventure of the tour. We retire for the night in New Glasgow, NS.
DAY 12 GARDEN PROVINCE, PEI

We travel into Caribou, NS, where we take the ferry to Woods Island, PEI. Our early arrival into Charlottetown gives us ample time for browsing and a scattered lunch at the Confederation Centre before we proceed to Summerside, PEI to check into our hotel. The rest of the afternoon and evening is free for you to relax or to do as you please.
DAY 13 CHARLOTTETOWN & SUMMERSIDE, PEI
Prepare for a full day of adventure, sightseeing and fun as we are treated to a locally guided deluxe tour of the Charlottetown and Summerside area. We visit the Cheese factory on our way to Charlottetown. We tour the Province House, churches, Victorian homes, the Confederation Centre and more. After lunch we stop at the Prince Edward Island Preserve Company on our way to Anne of Green Gables Home and the sand dunes at Cavendish Beach. We end the day with our traditional Lobster Dinner in New Glasgow, PEI.
DAY 14 EDMUNDSTON, NB
We say goodbye to Prince Edward Island this morning. We stop at Gateway Village and the magnificent Confederation Bridge for pictures. Later we arrive in Moncton, where we experience the sensation and mystery of "Magnetic Hill". We then continue our drive to Fredericton for lunch. After lunch, our further drive brings us to the world's longest covered Hartland Bridge. We continue our drive to Edmundston, NB, where we stay overnight.
DAY 15 QUEBEC CITY, QUE
Today we visit St. Jean-Port-Joli where artists and artisans produce distinctive wood sculptures, hand weaving, hooked rugs and other crafts. The French heritage is evident everywhere. We arrive in Quebec City and visit the Cyclorama of Jerusalem. We stroll around the romantic and exotic Old Quebec to view the narrow streets and quaint buildings of the "Old Town", the only walled city on the continent, other than Mexico, before checking into our hotel for the night.
DAY 16 OTTAWA, ON
We enjoy a locally guided city tour of Quebec City this morning. City tour includes World Famous Chateau Frontenac, the Latin Quarter, Plains of Abraham, and much more! After the tour, we enjoy a scattered lunch before making our way into the Nation's Capital, Ottawa, ON. Ottawa is our home for tonight. Join your Tour Director and fellow travelers this evening for a Pacific Gold Tours Good Time Farewell Dinner.
DAY 17 CITY TOUR & RETURN HOME
This morning we enjoy a locally guided deluxe tour of Ottawa, including a guided tour of the Parliament Buildings, the Prime Minister's residence, Rideau Hall and much more (subject to change). After a scattered lunch in Sparks Street Mall, we head down to Ottawa airport at 12:30 PM for our return flight home. All good things must come to an end! Today we say goodbye to our new found friends and fellow passengers as we carry our fond memories with us. (Please book your return flight home after 3:00 PM local time.)
