Hi,
also einschicken von Deutschland aus geht wohl nicht.....Genaueres hier in einer Antwort des Canon Kundendienstes zu Deinem Problem.
"Thank you for your inquiry. We value you as a Canon customer and
appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We apologize that your EOS
Rebel K2 is in need of service.
The U.S. Factory Service Centers are unable to accept packages from or
return equipment to addresses outside the United States. You may want
to consider shipping your camera to friends or family in the USA so
that
they can send it to our Factory Service Center. If you were to do
this,
the camera should be shipped to your friend along with a letter
directing the Factory Service Center to ship the repaired camera to
their U.S. address. They would need to readdress the package and ship
it to the Factory Service Center.
When the repair is complete, the camera is shipped back to your friend.
They once again readdress the package, and they ship it to you or if
you
are in Los Angeles then you may pick it up yourself.
My guess is, considering all the shipping charges, that there's a good
chance it will be less expensive to pay for the repair in Germany. I
apologize for the inconvenience. I have included the USA repair
procedure in case you decide to have it sent there.
For factory service, please forward your camera to one of the Factory
Service Centers shown below. When shipping your camera, please be sure
to remove the film (if possible) and batteries. You are not required
to
send any accessories or manuals when shipping the camera. Be sure to
include your name, street address (no P.O. boxes, please), telephone
number, and a letter describing the issue with the product. If it has
been less than one year since the camera was purchased, we ask that you
also include proof of warranty in the form of a copy of your sales
receipt.
As we do not provide RMA numbers for service, we suggest using a
trackable and insurable service (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Priority
Mail) to ship your camera. Please package the camera very securely in
a
sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during shipment."
