ADDITIONAL EXTRAS
Second Additional Driver: $8.00 per day.
Child Seat: $8.99 per day.
GPS Navigation: $9.99 per day.
All additional extras are on request and payable locally to the agent when the vehicle is collected. Locally charged extras may be subject to local VAT.
Please ensure you request all additional extras at the time of booking. Booking Group will pass on all requests to the supplier in advance of your arrival, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the availability of any extras.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
LOCAL DEPOSIT/PRE-AUTHORIZATION
At time of rental credit card funds will be taken as a deposit against rental charges. All required available funds will be captured as a deposit at time of rental. Unused funds will be returned through the credit card processor after vehicle return. Due to bank processing it can take between 2 to 5 days to appear on your account when using this form of payment.
Driver must have a minimum $250.00 available on the credit card to rent a vehicle.
The deposit amount is from $600.00 to $250.00.
Please note: Renting with Debit Card airline ticket maybe required, Debit Card and Drivers License must be in same name, Debit Card must have a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo.
Does not allow rentals using a Debit Card to:
1. Rent vehicles classified as Convertible, Premium, Luxury, Four Wheel Drive, or Specialty Sports.
2. Add additional drivers to the rental agreement.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES
All rates are only converted and payable in local currency. We are not responsible for fluctuation of currencies.
DRIVING AGE AND DRIVER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must be aged between 19 and 80 inclusive.
Young driver charge applicable for driver age from 19-24 inclusive: $14.00 per day for all vehicles.
Driver and any additional drivers must have a valid driver license (country license accompanied with an international license).

RENTAL COUNTER IDENTIFICATION
The renter must produce a valid driver license and credit card. It is your responsibility to check that you have these before travel - and that your license is valid in the country you are visiting.
Passport, utility bill, bank statement may be required.

FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid refueling charges.

CROSS BORDER POLICY
Travel outside must be noted & confirmed at time of booking and at least 5 days prior to commencement. Vehicles are not permitted to travel on ferries or to any island locations without pre-approval from Booking Group.
Vehicles must remain in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming only.
NOTE: You may drive a FOX vehicle into Mexico, but only if you have purchased Mexico insurance.
NOTE: You may drive a FOX vehicle into Canada, but only if the vehicle was rented from the FOX Seattle location.
NOTE: Vehicles rented from the any location in Florida must remain in the state of Florida. Vehicles are not permitted to drive to any other locations or states at this time.
FOX offers the purchase of Mexico Insurance (Major credit card only) on vehicle rentals of economy thru full size only. Mexico insurance must be purchased at a FOX location in Los Angeles, San Diego or Phoenix ONLY at the time of rental or after it, but prior to travel to Mexico. Rates start at $26.00 per 24 hour day including tax. Hybrids and other vehicles not allowed traveling into Mexico. Travel is allowed to cities in Mexico close to California and Arizona border.

ONE WAY RENTALS
Are on request.
One-Way rental is chargeable at a rate $200.00 depending on the location.
One-Way rental is free of charge within California (except from/to SFO-LAX and SFO-SAN fee of 50.00 USD applies), within Florida.

VEHICLE GROUP/MODEL
We are unable to guarantee a particular make, model or fuel type of car. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost) at our option. If, at time of pickup, it becomes impossible to provide your booked car as shown on your rental voucher due to breakdown or an accident, a similar or upgraded car will be provided by the supplier.

CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as picked-up/delivered. Normal wear and tear is, of course, acceptable. Excessive staining or internal damage will be charged for at the supplier's valet rates.
It is your responsibility to check the vehicle thoroughly at pick-up/collection

FINES AND PENALTIES
You are responsible for the cost of any garaging, tolls, congestion charges, parking, traffic fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The supplier or Booking Group will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.

LOST KEYS
The supplier will charge if key(s) are lost or badly damaged. Note if vehicle is stolen and keys are not returned to rental supplier, the insurance is deemed void. Please keep an eye on your key(s) as new cars can now not be stolen without them. We strongly recommend that you take all rental tags off key(s) and place in the glove box until your return so as not to direct thieves to the exact details of your vehicle.
Where we state key(s), we mean all types of key and key-cards.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Booking Group is provided with the correct flight number and arrival time before departure. You can do this either online or by phone.
If this information is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you inform us of it at least 7 days prior to your departure, via email or by phone. Booking Group can accept no responsibility for a failed rental due to the late/non-provision of this information.

VOUCHER
Your contract for Rental is between you and the supplier. The voucher supplied by Booking Group is used to show that you have booked and paid-for the vehicle as shown on that voucher. If the booking is cancelled, the voucher is void.
You must produce your voucher on arrival at rental counter.
Failure to give the rental agent your voucher means Booking Group cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Non-submittal of your Booking Group voucher means that you are forming a new contract between yourself and the supplier, for which Booking Group cannot be party to. You will be charged by the supplier for a new booking, and no refund from Booking Group for your previous booking will be entertained. No refunds will be entertained unless agent received voucher from renter.
Please note: Booking Group is not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle.

SUPPLIER RENTAL CONDITIONS
Please note that supplier terms and conditions, including local charges, are subject to change by suppliers. The specific supplier information is correct at the time of booking. Customer agrees to adhere to supplier conditions at the time of vehicle pick up and for the full duration of the rental.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation amendments can be done in “My Order” section 72 hours prior to commencement of the rental and are subject of a rental price available at the time of change. Cancellation must be done in writing, fax or email prior to 48 hours to the start of your rental. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Please see full cancellation policy in “Terms” section on our website.
Booking Group does not make a refund of sum paid when making a booking in any of the following circumstances:
- If the client did not use some of rental days.
- If the client did not show up to a car rental counter on the pick up day, or showed up late, or dropped the car off ahead of schedule.
- If the client is unable to pick up the car for the reason that some of his documents (driving license, car rental voucher, passport or other ID) do not meet car rental company terms and conditions.
- If the client is unable to provide credit card in driver's name, or there are not enough funds on it to block a security deposit.
- If the client was previously blacklisted by the car rental company.
If the client has canceled the booking due to officially confirmed unforeseen circumstances, EconomyBookings.com charges only an administrative fee in amount equal to 50 EUR (or equivalent amount in other currency).

PERSONAL TOUCH
Booking Group will request your booking based on the information you have provided with our car rental partner. Your voucher will be sent 14 days prior to your rental (or if booking within 14 days of rental - within 48 hrs). Please contact Booking Group if booking within 3 days of rental or within 24hrs of collections to ensure we provide you with a confirmation voucher. Due to localized short-term demands or mechanical difficulties, on rare occasions the car you have selected may become unavailable - we will inform you in this circumstance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE QUERIES
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspects of your rental, you must report your concerns at the time locally to the car rental company. If you are still not happy and wish to make a formal complaint, all complaints also after rental was finished, you must be put in writing to our customer services team at support@bookinggroup.com . We will make investigation on your behalf. You will receive an acknowledgement of your email within a few days and we endeavor to answer all customer service queries within 28 days of receiving them. Sometimes we can experience delays, if we are dealing with third parties.
